Located off of Camelback and Central, Sun Up Brewing was opened in 2006, after taking over the Sonora Brewing facility that was there since 1996.

With new opportunities on the horizon, we decided to create some of the finest craft beers the world has to offer such as our Trooper IPA and award-winning White Russian. Each batch is made meticulously by our German brewmaster, Uwe. We have dozens of beers we produce, ranging from double IPAs to sours.

We also make contracted beers for other local businesses who have recipes of their own, such as our good friends at Craft 64 and Four Silos.
